🌸Q&A5(English)
- “Urban redevelopment and old house renovation are common. How is this project different from others?” “Urban redevelopment and old house renovation projects are happening all over the country. What is the unique characteristic and appeal of this particular project?”
Answer: “Our proposed ‘Himeji Castle Braille Digital Art Museum Hotel’ and ‘Art House Kaikodo’ go far beyond typical urban redevelopment or old house renovation. The biggest differentiating factor is the ‘Braille Digital Art’—an art experience for all five senses, co-created with the visually impaired. This creates a unique cultural value and social impact not found in other urban redevelopment or old house renovation projects. Furthermore, by utilizing Web3 technologies (NFT, Metaverse), we aim to innovate the way art is appreciated, owned, and participated in, attracting international attention. Set in an urban redevelopment area in front of the World Heritage site Himeji Castle and a 130-year-old historic folk house, this project serves as an ‘experiential hub where history and the future intersect,’ offering guests profound emotion and learning as cutting-edge digital art and local culture fuse together.”
