We’re looking for volunteers for the Braille Digital Art Project!
We’re looking for people to join us and help create the future of art and share in the excitement!
Our Philosophy: The Vision of Braille Digital Art
Our project aims to use AI and technology to bring the rich sensibilities and creativity of visually impaired artists to life as a multi-sensory art form that can be touched, heard, and seen. Through this new artistic expression, our philosophy is to create a truly inclusive society where everyone can share in the excitement and emotion together.
This activity doesn’t just create art; it contributes to society from multiple perspectives.
Unleashing Creativity: Opening up new possibilities for art, beyond the presence or absence of sight.
Multi-Sensory Resonance: Creating a space where everyone can connect deeply with art and empathize with one another through their unique senses.
Social Contribution to the Future: We contribute to regional revitalization, solving the problem of vacant homes, and creating a society that respects diversity.
Purpose of Volunteer Activities
To make this big vision a reality, we need your kind support.
The purpose of the Braille Digital Art Project’s volunteer activities is to empower people to proactively contribute to the project of their own volition and grow with us. We encourage volunteers not to simply wait for instructions, but to take the initiative to identify challenges, propose ideas, and take action. By doing so, we aim to make the project more appealing and develop it into a force that has a significant social impact.
Your passion and drive to “give it a try” will become the power that expands the possibilities of new art and moves the hearts of many people.
Volunteer Policy
Our volunteer activities are built upon the following three core principles.
1. Valuing Initiative and Creativity
We highly value the ideas and initiative of our volunteers. We’ll give you opportunities to use your strengths and interests to think about “how can we make this better?” and “what can I do?” so you can actively propose and implement ideas. We want to work together to build this project by valuing proactive “awareness” rather than just waiting for instructions.
2. Promoting Diversity and Empathy
Based on the project’s philosophy, we respect the dignity of all participants, regardless of their visual ability, and cultivate a sense of mutual understanding. Through our activities, we aim to broaden the circle of empathy as people from diverse backgrounds interact and work towards a common goal.
3. Ensuring Safety and Trust
We pay close attention to safety management to ensure our volunteers can work with peace of mind. We also have strict rules for handling personal and confidential information learned through the project, and we’re committed to protecting it completely. We strive to build a trusting relationship with one another and operate with a high degree of transparency.
